Hi, I'm Theresa

I’m an ear nurse consultant with 30+ years experience

My journey started in 1987 when I first learnt about ear care while using an otoscope in public, occupational and school health settings. I learnt my MicroEarCare skills in a Mobile Ear Van in the mid 90’s.

In 2001, I founded TOLBECS Ear Centre, a nurse-led clinic which helps people from all walks of life with their ear problems.

Time and time again, I've met health workers who haven’t learnt enough about ear care to meet their patient’s needs. Universities, polytechnics and training schools aren’t providing the adequate ear care skills & knowledge that lead to optimal patient outcomes.

Health workers face uncertainty, confusion and frustration when dealing with their patient's who are experiencing ear troubles and concerns.

And that’s how Ears Made Easy was born…

For years, I traveled up and down New Zealand, teaching this course in person.

And now, I’m thrilled to bring this same course Essential Ear Care-OnLine, making it accessible to anyone, anywhere, any device, globally. In just six hours, you can learn the knowledge, practical skills and ear care gems I’ve developed over decades.

Over my time I've been able to teach thousands of frontline health workers how to become confident in providing ear care for their patients

... And now it’s your turn!
